Intersex Aotearoa Inaugural Wānanga
10th-11th June 2026 | Auckland
Nau mai, haere mai
Intersex Aotearoa invites you to our inaugural Wānanga, a two‑day gathering marking 30 years of intersex advocacy in Aotearoa. This wānanga brings together intersex people, whānau, advocates, community organisations, health professionals, educators, researchers, and allies to reflect, learn, and build the future together.
Grounded in lived experience and collective knowledge, the wānanga centres intersex voices, honours our histories, and strengthens our connections as we work toward a future free from stigma and medical harm.
